I am getting used to the Idea that Ninja Tau is a Tool, not a Dogma... I gave the Shas'el TL missile pod so he can contribute at a range...
The 6 Broadsides are there to function as 3 team s of 2, thanks to target lock.
The Seeker Missiles have always been a useful way to use up excess marker-lights.
The Rail Rifles are there to disrupt rhinos and whittle down MEQS.
The Deathrain team is there to help me with rhino rushes, and mech spam by hitting light vehicles.
The Fire Forge team is there to either hit the side armor after a deepstrike or hit TMC hard.
The Fire Knife team is there to help keep TEQs in check with AP 2 fire.
The Fire warriors are meant to hitch a ride on the Pathfinder's devilfish later in the game.
The 2 units of kroot are meant to either outflank and tank hunt or capture objectives.
HQ:
Shas'el: Tl-Missile Pod, HW-Drone Controller, 2 Shield Drones, HW-Blacksun Filter, Positional Relay, Iridium Armor,
Troop:
12 Fire Warriors: 12 Pulse Rifles, Shas'la with: Markerlight, Bonding Knife

You seem pretty confident in what you want here, and there aren't any glaring mistakes or anything.
If I were to adjust one thing on this list for my own play, it would be to drop a total of 4 kroot and 4 FWs to put a piranha into that last FA slot - I think you would get more impact on the game with that than the extra bodies in the troops.
I might also change one of the BS teams from TA's to ASSs - That provides better options from my pov.

I think you're approaching the philosophy of MLs incorrectly. MLs are for increasing BS and eliminating Cover Saves. Spending points on Seekers because you have leftover MLs means you haven't properly trashed the target you were shooting at. **

The Shield Gens are not worth it: If you fail the Save, odds are it's against a STR8+ Missile Launcher, PFist, LasCan or meltaG and your suit dies due to Instant Death. I'd spend the points elsewhere. On an HQ, yes, as he'll get singled out in h2h, but the team leaders? Not worth it, IMHO.

**I'd trade out the Seekers for SMS. It eliminates a the drones' KP and is worth more than the two Seekers. As I mentioned in the Ninja-Tau thread, a full Warfish ( SMS, TA, MT, DisPod) is great.

Are you paying for the Target Array or are you just listing it? Either way, I add a Target *Lock* so the BCs can shoot infantry while the RG hits tanks.

I forgot that replacing the drones with SMS gets rid of a possible KP... I say that is worth the 2 seeker missiles...

I am just listing it....

I was just using it as "an extra shield drone"... after I run out of drones, any ID attacks just kill a suit. This way I have a 50% chance of having at least 1 suit surviving... However I am not particularly attached to the Shield G.

Solid list. This is close to the List I ran for 'ard boyz that netted me 4th out of 20. I used less points on the kroot (I ran two squads of 10 and 4, and only 1 rail rifle.
But I ran two functional HQ's One Shas'o with MP, RP, 2 shield drones, Stimulant Injector and a Shield generator.
Shas'el with tl flamer and AFP And I think I got one shield drone on him.

Played an updated for of this list against a BA player. It did quite well...
I gave the Broadsides Plasma-Rifles, Dropped the Kroot for 12 Firewarriors, changed the dumbfish into warfish, Droped a Rail rifle for a markerlight, dropped a crisis suit (MP+FB) and changed them to TL-Fusion Blaster with targeting Arrays with the team leader with a target lock, and dropped the both shield generators to pay for the changes...
