Hey guys,

I've been looking (for a while now) at making a footslogging/wraith Eldar army list, but have no idea how to go about it, as I know that Eldar footsloggers are extremely hard to master.

I was just hoping to gain some pointers as to where I should start out? And in what direction I should be heading?

Cheers ^^

I think most successful Wraith armies are based on something like this:
Eldrad
Avatar / Yriel
10 Wraithguard
8+ Harlequins
2 BL / EML Wraithlords
~ 1,300 points
Expand based on your personal preferences

Castle up, move to objectives / points of interest, and take on just about anything in your path

Well, the core should be (as said) a Farseer with fortune (Eldrad could be reserved for larger games),
10 Wraith Guard led by a Spiritseer with conceal (then fortuning them makes sense),
some more troop units (personal preference here, 2x 10 Guardians with scatter laser would be a useful choice),
2 Wraithlords with bl, eml.

I'd add an Avatar so that the Guardians could walk in his fearless bubble.
