Only painted it in one session, so many parts need at least another coat of paint and I screwed up in several areas like the mouth and shield :( But what do you think about this color scheme for the Orc Boyz?

Yeah it does seem dark with the black clothing. What color should I use to brighting up the skin? Don't think I have any more greens so i'll have to buy them lol
I think that a goblin green basecoat with a goblin green/scorpion green mix highlighting would fit. That is at least how I do my orcs and goblins. You could always wash the skin with devlan mud afterwards.

You could go the other way as well ... dry-brush a little bit of dark dark grey onto some of this clothes. Brown would also work
Bright(er) dags on his shoulders help break the model up and make it looks less like a black smudge (I figured this out tonight)You can also use basing to make the shape look more defined.
Personally .... I'd do the brighter green and some colour for the clothes
I'd like to point out you've used good colour choice so far
