Hi. I am rather new to Warmachine and have a question on using Hawk (Talion Charter).
Hawk's weapon (Cutlass is x2 weapon). Is this mean when she charges, she makes two charge attacke? (normally a model makes the boosted first hit, but since she has x2, does this mean both 1st and 2nd hit is considered charge attack?)

No, I'm pretty sure that it just means she has 2 weapons (and thus 2 initial attacks, but not both being charge).

Charge damage bonus is applied only to the first melee attack on after charge movement.
