Was curious about using a trukk as a dedicated transport for my group of meganobz. The rule book says that the trukk can be deployed with the dedicated transporters but after the start of the game anyone can ride in it.....is that to mean that after the start of the game I can load more boyz in (if there is available space) or does it mean that I can load more boyz in after my meganobz disembark

Remember that you can only ever have one unit in a transport, (but as many IC's as will fit)

Thanx, just starting to play and some of this is confusing.

Only one unit (plus any attached ICs) can be in a transport vehicle at a time, barring superheavy Apoc kinda stuff. So yes, you can buy the meganobs a trukk, and start them elsewhere or start them in the trukk. On turn 1 or later, if the trukk is empty, any other unit that can fit and is allowed to, may embark onto the trukk.
