It's either 35 or 50 pts. Official Steamroller 2010 rules state 80 + 2xk6 minutes tournament round for 35pts. (10 minutes game turn length) and 100 + 2xk6 for 50 pts. (12 minutes game turn length). Number of rounds depends on the number of players.
