Warmachine, 40k, starting fantasy battle, trying to get bloodbowl going again

I have been meaning to drive up and see if the store was still around.

I live in western Ky near Paducah, lol, about an hour out, but pretty feasible for gaming.

Castle Perilous books and games is in fact still open, but they moved their location. It is now at 207 West Main Street. If you remember where the old TAO building used to be, it's in that. 40k is on Wednesday nights. Beware: parking is a monster. I would suggest bringing some change for the metered parking alongside the road next to city hall.

the metered parking isnt that bad...most of the players show up about 4-5pm so its only 50 cents. but there are about 4 of us that show up earlier to squeeze extra games

I'm a little new to illinois. Occasionally I head to Urbana CHampaign. Is this anywhere nearby, or am I confusing locations to a point that makes geographers vomit.

nope...urbana and champaign is about in the middle of northern illinois...you should hit up the dragons table. the players there are very laid back and you should have alot of fun gaming with them

thats good to hear...however as of right now we are currently in the middle of a campaign that will end in 3 weeks and it usually starts around 6 pm

so if your looking for a game there are always a few people playing or looking to play at about 230pm and they usually stay till after the campaign round is over

thats fine...I just need to watch games, get games in. I'm back in after a long absence.....I'm from back when the game was played for fun....now its super competitive, lol. Still, it does play a lot faster, which is awesome.
