I've got a hankering to resurect (and re-purchase) a pure Harlequin list, and have looked into butchering the current Codex: Eldar to make the list work. I was wondering if any one had managed to write a good list. I did find one fanlist on Dakka, but it was very rough. Am visiting friends at the moment and don't have my notes with me, but here's what I can remember.

I'm currently thinking of rough proxies, and price bumps. eg All army Stealth? rule to see.

HQ
Great Harlie: Asuraman/Karandras/Jain Zar?
Shadow Seer: Fegan/Maugan Ra (weapons representing psy powers)?

Elite
Solitair: Avatar
Death jesters: 0-3 Reaper Exarchs swap armour for 5++

Troops: As listed Shadow Seer allows wraithlord to see

Fast Attack
Jet bike Harlies: Shining Spears 4++
Viper with option for transport (6) for 10pts 4++

Heavy Support
Wave serpant with option for Holofield at double (70?) points
Shreiker? Wraithlord 4++

I would also hike the points of things like the wraithlord, to represent that there should be less on the table. Comments and thoughts are very welcome

I found that GW's experimental Harlie codex was absolutely great.
Its a shame that they never published a codex as part of the Eldar codex.

I played Harlies according to the exp. codex several times in friendly games; this was a few years ago.
My opponents refused to battle me after playing against my Harlies once. They were too good to be true.

Here are some fan lists:

But I have no idea about their quality. The first two claim to be lightly playtested though.

There is a Harlequin codex at 40kOnline made by the exalted Rasmus, its highly recommended:

There is also an Exodite codex at 40kOnline. It appears to be highly recommended, too:

You want THE Fanlist?

Try the one by none other than Gav "herpaderp" Thorp!

Not sure if we can link to it though (I do have it). I'll ask the Powahs that be.

I playtested the codex of Gavin Thorpe several times successfully.
The codex of Rasmus at 40kOnline is even more powerful and more units and options.
Its a great piece of work.
