I was just going to place an order for three of FW's Alpha pattern Leman Russ and noticed that they've all been removed from the website.

You can still see the cached versions with a google search but the tanks themselves have been pulled. I assume this is because of the new kits and getting new molds to fit the new Leman Russ sprues but there's been no indication of this happening.

Obviously if new versions come in a timely manner then that's great, but for someone wanting to buy three tanks at the moment, it's a little irritating.

one would hope that they're getting new molds instead of being retired, which is the other option.

Having contacted Forgeworld on this, they're estimating 2 weeks until the tanks are available again having been recast to be usable with both the old and new LRBT models.

On a related note, I noticed that the russ turrets were pulled and then put back up - I can only presume that they have been updated to fit the new russ (smaller turret ring). I am curious as to whether they come with an adaptor to fir the old hull & alpha hull.
