Drop the Skorchas. You can only use them when you're in Assault range, and if you (god forbid) actually kill one, your opponent can pull enough models off the table to take you out of assault range, and then you'll feel dumb.
Work on your notation:
HQ - Megaboss, Cybork, Squig, BP - 120
HQ - Grotsnik - 160
Elite - 5 MANz, Cybork, 3 Rokkits - 240
Transport - Battlewagon, Deff Rolla, Plank, Riggers, Big Shoota - 125 (Gotta have a weapon on there otherwise "Weapon Destroyed!" becomes "Immobilized!", and Armour Plating sucks)
Troops - 5 MANz, Cybork, 3 Rokkits - 240
Transport - Battlewagon, Deff Rolla, Plank, Riggers, Big Shoota - 125
Troops - 12 Sluggas, Nob w/PK, BP - 112
Transport - Trukk, RPJ, Plank, Ram - 50 (Riggers on a Trukk is a waste of points, since you're going to need to move it once, on turn 1. Also, reinforced rams for dealing with difficult terrain).
Consider taking a KFF Mek, since you're Mech'd up, the Obscured save would do wonders for you.
