Looks good but if you are going for straight efficiency I would suggest the following changes:
Drop the adrenal glands and the toxin sacs on the tervigons to save points, they honestly should not be assaulting anything unless something went wrong. They are primarily support units and objective babysitters and crap out additional scoring units.
Use the save points to upgrade the gargoyles to have poison and furious assault, this makes them hugely more effective for only 30 points.
Drop the Biovores in favor of a trygon or an additional carnifex. Biovores are really only useful against low toughness, low save armies, and unless you know you will be fighting someone like that, the Carnifex will be more useful in more situations.
I am a fan of naked genesteelers, however, the up-gunned steelers are just so brutal when they make it into assault, they may be worth the increased price. I just feel that having more bodies with them is better than having upgraded versions as even basic steelers wipe out most targets they hit.
The warriors can go. Warriors are just no points efficient, use the points saves to take more steelers and make the additional trygon a prime to keep up synapse. This gives you redundancy in your heavy support slots with two trygons which is 4 times better than 1 (two times the assault and defensive power).
Those would be my suggestions. Ask Shep and Dave_Fay for their input as well as they are experienced Nid players.
I know the campaign group doesn't really favor competitive play and lists, but if you are trying to tighten up your list and increase its power level, those would be my suggestions.
Good luck with it, Branderic!
