I know I know the dremil is better but I like the control of a hand drill.Now early yesterday my last drill bit broke.Now my question is were can I buy a new drill bit of that size?

Any decent hardware store should have a full range of drill bits down to at least 1mm.
Otherwise, hobby stores generally carry the small sizes.

Most hardware stores carry drillbits from 1mm and upwards if it's tinier than that I'm not sure were to find it.

You can also check for watch-repair drills. We picked up a set of reverse-threaded watch drills dirt cheap at an auction ($5 for about 200 bits!). Of course, they're all reverse threaded, which can get annoying when I forget....
