The difference of course, is that they are not paid directly by the Republican party. When you take money from the WH you're not a reporter, you're an employee.

She never indicated that she had taken money, she indicated that she was working with the White House. It isn't uncommon for commentators, which is what Brezinski functions as on Morning Joe, to work with a sympathetic administration to develop talking points. Note former Bush press secretary Scott McClellan's allegations of the same occurring with respect to the Bush Administration and Fox News.

If you really think that Hannity,Beck and Limbaugh etc, aren't getting money from political parties you are deluded.
