Does GW still allow you to mail order individual sprues or parts of larger models? They used to have a way to do this on their website, but I don't see it any more.
No, they removed the bitz service a while ago. You'll still hear posters whining about it to this day. They do have their bits somewhat reorganized into bitz packs though, which are kind of similar. They're under the "bitz" section under each army.
