Armorcast will once again be at Origins game fair this weekend in Columbus, Ohio. I've been pressed into service as well, so if anybody is going to be at Origins, check out the Armorcast booth, #833 by the Paint and Take, and ask for Polonius.

This year, they're bringing the largest selection they've ever had at a show, including river boxes, trench sets, the full range of cinematic effects, metal angel wings, and the ever popular resin "Giant Storm Wolf." As always, they'll have show exclusive items that can only be bought at conventions.

Whether you are building a table of terrain, looking to add a piece or two to existing terrain, are building a custom movement tray, are looking to add muzzle flashes to your minis, or simply want to check out one of the biggest ranges of pewter and resin out there, we'll be able to help you out.

On a personal note, I'll be bringing my Praetorian Imperial Guard, and I'll be looking for pick up games, especially after the vendor hall closes at 6.

Armorcast is a great company with cool folks. Have a lot of their terrain.
BTW what are the convention exclusive items?

They have a few miniatures that they only sell at the cons. Just goofy little things.

and to answer the inevitable: no, they can't make the old titans anymore. It's been a decade, and they still get that question. There are plenty of people making illegal copies to sell on eBay...

Off topic for a second...

I am the proud owner of original Armorcast models for the Reaver, Warhound, Phantom, and Revenant Titans, and the Towering Destroyer Knight, Baneblade and Shadowsword. Still a few to collect, but I'm getting there...

I've seen a few re-casts that people have tried to make themselves, or purchased from eBay, and you can definitely tell the difference in the quality of resin and casting . Just something about the old Armorcast stuff...love it!

If anyone is interested, I'd considering trading my wife / right arm / various other extremities for one of the unreleased Armorcast Warlord Titans... (Hmmm...hope she never reads this.... )

Back on topic...it was so good to see that the expiry of the Armorcast / GW licence wasn't the end of the company, and they've since gone from strength to strength. I've got a lot of their other models - all good quality.

I have nothing to add to the topic.

I love Armorcast's stuff. Pretty soon my P&M blog here on Dakka should have
pics of completed objective marker pieces using their stuff.
