Working with limited models, it's hard to say what can be done without seeing your list.

It seems like you already know your transport options are lacking, and most of the suggestions I would make myself involve cutting down IST squad numbers, the Orbital Strike, and maybe even the purgation squad to shoehorn transports, LR, and/or more termies in.
