I havent had a problem with them and neither has a bunch of guys i know had a problem with them. The only thing you need to do is get the SKU# for the product you want off the website and then give them a call. 20% off is pretty good plus it is only $5 for shipping on most of their stuff.

I just emailed the warstore Friday and wow they have great deals. Black Reach is only 70 bucks and GW price is 90 bucks. The Space marien codex I needed was only 20 dollars vs 30. So they have great prices the only bad thing is waiting to get the goodies in the mail lol..
