the lore & army of this universe have great appeal i gonna gonna start a chaos army but then i got a look at the tomb kings im now confused on whether i should get a chaos army or tomb kings are those two suitable for a starting army or are there others more suitable for a newbie fantasy player

Probably best to proxy soem games with Chaos until TK come out then proxy with them and then decide on which you want to stick with.
