I just wanted to know how much you guys use their website. This applies to everything on their site, from "what's new today" to looking at painting articles, whatever.

Just because you play a game doesn't mean you prowl around on their website! I play Dungeons and Dragons, but I've only used Wizards of the Coast's site maybe Three times in the last 5 years. That's probably a good enough example.

I occasionally look at it for images of models or to look at FAQs for armies I don't have (and therefor FAQs I don't normally print out).

I'm surprised. Maybe I'm just a GW-fanboi, But I use the site at least 20 times per day. I'll check prices for random models all day sometimes.

I live in a remote area so I have to use it unless I go over an hour away to my nearest for any supplies. I agree its great also for putting together possible future armies.

Once in a while, I check prices occasionally, probably go on once a fortnight on average. When Black Gobbo was going I'd read this and that every day or two.

As a computer scientist and a standards-compliant web designer, I have almost never seen a website that's worse than GW's.

I use it as absolutely little as I can get away with, and if I'm not linked to something, I go to google and add "site:www.games-workshop.com" so I can spend as little time interacting with it as is possible.

Your one-stop website for batreps, articles, and assorted goodies about the men of Folera: Foleran First Imperial Archives. Read Dakka's favorite narrative battle report series The Hand of the King. Also, check out my commission work, and my terrain.

Gotta agree, the side its pretty bad, and if you see the Portuguese page it really sucks. Its still back in BFM boxed set (or was last time I checked)

I use it every couple of days. Mainly when it's dead at work, I've nothing else to do, and because Games Workshop is one of the few gaming websites not blocked by my works web filter.

I don't think it's a bad site to be honest. I mainly use it to drool over my next purchases.

Apologies for talking positively about games I enjoy.

I'll use it for pricing (although I've only made one small order directly from GW) or to check the contents of a box, find a pic or two of a unit, etc. I've read through a number of the articles/tutorials and I'm not particularly opposed to using the site, I just don't have much cause to visit it too frequently. I range anywhere from a few times a week to maybe once a month. Depends on my current need and whether or not the GW site is the quickest/best way to fulfill that need.

Inquisitor Syphonious I do that! Sometimes i get all excited and i use it to write up an army list i can make with their sets. Last time it was Vostroyans which would cost me like 350 quid for a sweet 1500 point army. So thats out of the question for now as i am working on my 1st three armies and want to do Orks after that. Its addictive but sometimes it stops you getting over excited and rushing out and buying a vostroyan command squad that will see no use for over a year!

My reaction was to take said die, and hurl it out the window of the 3rd floor of our student union. I then placed a Commissar model next to the rest of my dice pile. They immediately began performing much better.

Recently, I was interested in the new BA releases and the status quo of the ToS tournament,
since it will now be played with qualification (from local hobby stores), pretty strange.

I have to say, I use the GW website for articles, and never for the store. Except looking at the $82.00 Orc in WHFB. It looks awesome.

Like most of you I'll check it every couple of days for the sake of it. But am i the only one that thought it was loads better before they remade the site? Where have all those army specific short storys gone? i used to love those! Plus i guess that back then the store was actually affordable.
