I've set my Tomb Kings army aside until they get a new codex because I didn't enjoy losing and I didn't enjoy never getting incantations off. I'm wondering if Incantations will not be viable in the new edition? A new codex will fix everything I hope, but with the new rules, the current codex seems even more bad now. Any feedback on the matter would be great.

Until army specific erratas are out, we have absolutely no idea about how the incantations work in 8th edition.

That place is the harsh dark future far left with only war left.

I don't see how they could possible justify taking the most reliable magic in the game and turn it into something you roll for power level, then roll to cast using PD. For one, that makes it harder for a High Liche Priest to cast...
