My plan is to charge the weak flank, disembark Yriel with two fire dragon squads. Fire Dragons melt transport, and Yriel charges into combat and uses his eye of doom. The other unit of fire dragons can attempt to destroy another transport / heavily armored units, but is mostly there to tackle units on foot.
Have enough flamers to handle hordes I think. I will deploy Fire Prisms on opposite flanks to create fire lanes. Will combine fire if necessary. The autarch will attempt to take down lightly armoured transports if needed, by separating from squad of Fire Dragons, otherwise, he'll stay with them to give them a helping hand in cc.
Points might be off slightly, but I'll alter it here and there only slightly. What do you think guys? I wish I had enough points for star engines - being able to switch to a new flank / hit faraway objectives on turn 5 is magic.
3 Scoring units and +2 to reserves right there. With enough mass str 6 fire power to pack a punch and long range firepower combined with up-close-and-personal flame/melta. This army is going to be extremely aggressive.

I think you're going the right way to be 'competitive' but you're losing some efficiency in the following ways:
Your autarch is useless for his point cost. Yriel is not, but Yriel being thrown into a pop and drop dragon squad is the wrong deployment for him 90% of the time.
Dragons only need to be 6-7 strong max. You don't need 7-8 with exarchs to almost guarantee a 14 armor kill like a land raider.
2 flamersquads are good, but you could do just as well making one of the squads a DA squad with Bladestorm to keep your enemies at arm's length with longer ranges. The flamer squads are suicidal just like dragons are. Right now I see your force as 3 tanks, 4 transports, and a bunch of suicidal troops. Outside of the Falcon/Prisms you are extremely short ranged.
Double shuricannon serpents are nice, but if you're going to be as suicidal as it looks like you're going to have to be with troops, you may not be moving less than 6" very often to fire both of them. There's another avenue to get points.
My suggestion would be Eldrad replacing both of your HQ's and Fortuning turbo-boosting suicide tanks, guiding one or both of the prisms, and possibly finding points for a BL on the falcon so that it can be guided as well. Eldrad could ride with the Falcon for a backfield advantage letting your heavy hitters mop up what your suicide anti-troop and anti-tank troops don't kill.

I agree, but isnt it too small for 1750?
Check the points

1500pt O'Vesa Star W: 27 D: 2 L: 1
The challenge: in a 1500pt game I will play 900pt + D6x100 pts, if I roll a 6 I reroll and -100 to that second number (down to 1000pt minimum)

Zain hit a bunch of the main points.
No need for dual Autauchs.
Yriel tactic there is a lot of "if"s attached there. A big if is if your serpent gets shot down and now Yriel is attached to a wet noodle vs gunfire.
Serpents, is the extra 3 shots at BS3 non-TL worth slowing down to 6"? If you want anti infantry then invest 5 more pts and drop the underslug cannon. Scatter Laser you gain 12", 1 shot TL (about the statistical equivalent), and now you can more at 12" all the time.
Falcon, you are putting a 24" s6 weapon with a 48" S8? Take an EML or BL, drop the Autauch and Pickup Eldrad or a farseer with guide. Suddenly you have a scoring gunboat with 3 TL s8 shots at 36-48" range.

Well, you need a Farseer to counter the enemy casters.
The runes are especially useful vs Nids.
Trust me I battled them recently and they had a hard time.
Yriel going with Fire Dragons is a big mistake.
He should hop out and charge a doomed unit with his eye of wrath.
The list is not bad, but I'd consider blade storming DA's instead of Guardians.
