Hi guys, I realise that warhammer has recently moved on to eigth edition, is the current battle for skull pass the games introbox, like Assault on black reach, or is there a new one, if so, what will be in the box as far as models go, and will it be worth getting, or should I just buy kit seperateley.

The current starter box with the 7th edition rulebook is not the starter set for the 8th edition. The starter set for the 8th edition will contain the 8th edition rulebook (and is called "Island of Blood", released in September).

GW always sells the old ones at rock bottom prices (I've picked up a dozen of the 6th ed sets from GW for a pound each)
