Chaos Space Marine dedicated to Slaanesh

Righty, I Figure I'll start one of these here B/logs, simply cos something like this will hopefully help me get finger out of ear and crack on.
Anywho, I've been given a boat load of Marines, and as a BIG fan of the Fist (quiet... but thanks to my sense of humour, there will be, loads of Fist puns), I've decided to go Fisty.
I've "opted" for 5th company because IMO Fists should be Yellow and Black (I speak often of the "True Company" with friends, i.e. the company which uses the companys true scheme e.g. Salamanders - Black (5th), W. Scars - Red (3rd) U.Marines Gold/White (1st/2nd))
So, without further ado, here's my rough list of my force.
NOTE:
1 - "Escort" simply means "Fielded with" I.e. Librarian with Assault Termie Escort means that Lib counts as HQ, Termies as Elite but are fielded together/ attached)
2 - Sgts have the traditional red helmet, Squad Leaders have their helmet top painted red.
3 - Most Vets have BLACK helmets not WHITE, This is because IF Vets wear black, This is where the Black Templars come from as Dorns' Honour Guard Wore black and refered to them selves as "The Templars", I Believe, However Termies will still have White helmets, as I personally think they look better that way!
Anyway, where was I?
HQ:
Chapter Master Vladimir Pugh (Artificer Armour 2x Thunderhammers) with Deathwatch (see Vets) as Escort.
Company Librarian Burtrum (Jump Pack, Power Weapon) with Vanguard as Escort.
Company Captain Khrusaor (Name sourced from B&C Librarium) (Artificer Armour, Power Sword, Storm Bolter) With Command Squad
Troops:
"A Squad" - Tactical Squad - Lead By Sgt Jenico & Squad Leader Santos
"B Squad" - Tactical Squad - Lead By Sgt Azroth & Squad Leader Furium
"C Squad" - Tactical Squad - Lead By Sgt Borge & Squad Leader Karpus
Sniper Scout Squad - Lead By Sgt Arman
Elites:
Venerable Dred "Valar"
Assault Terminator Squad (4x L. Claws) Lead by Sgt. Taurus (T. Hammer & Shield)
10 Man Deathwatch Kill Team "Rasczak's Rouchnecks" (Counts as Sternguard) Lead by Sgt Rasczak & Squad Leader Rico (Yes, that IS a refrence)
Fast Attack:
10 Man Vanguard Squad "Ghost Division" (Escort To Burtrum) Lead by Sgt. Brodén & Squad Leader Mullback
5 Man Assualt Squad Lead by Sgt. Davion
Heavy Support:
5 Man Dev Squad Lead by Sgt. Overson
Anyways, thats the gist of it and it works out around 3-4000 pts.
As Soon as I find my Camera lead, i'll add pic's of WIP so far, and more as I continue,

Im always happy to see how others are inspired by Dorns Children, and would love to see other people works as comparison,
As for the daunting task, I did some test using Army Painter, and it leaves me with one question...
"WHERE HAS THIS STUFF BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE!?!?!?"
Also worth noting, my IF are done in Demonic Yellow and Sunburst Yellow, rather than Desert and Golden, Give the yellow even more Ooomph!

I do see what you mean about the yellow! It's a bright combination. I went for Iyanden base, Golden Yellow, a Sepia Wash and the Drybrushed with Iyanden again before highlighting Bleached Bone! It's a more subdued tone but is yellow enough. Not to Brown or to orange like some colour schemes end up! But your yellow definatley pops!
I like the Pugh miniature, I take it you used the Codex Picture for inspiration?

Please could you expand on your theory of a chapter's "true" colours? I'm intrigued by this and would like to know more.
It's not something I've come across before, so would like to be able to look up some images of these, and perhaps more.

Geordie09, Yeah the picture is based from the "Dude" from the SM Codex, which in my opinion must be Pugh, as he's covered in fist markings, carries 2 hammers (read that about Pugh somewhere) and is pictured for the Chapter Master Entry.
Yellow wise, yeah, I decided the "over yellow" would be great, I've seen them from brown to orange, and thought, Why not?
Tek, It's simply something I refer to, and it's not the best name I grant you "True scheme" would be better, but I'll try and expand.
If we take the Codex Astares entry on company markings, that traditionally take the shoulder pad trim, they are as follows:
First Company: White
Second Company: Yellow
Third Company: Red
Fourth Company: Green
Fifth Company: Black
Sixth Company: Orange
Seventh Company: Purple
Eighth Company: Grey
Ninth Company: Blue
Tenth Company: None
My mention of true scheme, is when the "Company" colours match to the "Traditional" Shoulder trim for example:
White Scars "Traditionally" Have a Red Trim, so the "True Scheme" would be Third Company, Where as Salamanders "Traditionally" Have Black, so the "True Scheme" would be Fifth Company.
Hope this explains it better!
