lol, it's not really blood angels-ish, but a little more information on your opponent might be good. These are really the only two armies I play so hopefully I can give you some help.
If you are going up against a shooty nid list, I'm pretty sure everything would get dropped in two turns. Likewise if it is extremely cc heavy I think you might be able to out maneuver it and shoot it down...though you'd get killed instantly in hth imo.
I think if your opponent plays some kind of hoard list you'd do best, but once his hive guard (surely he has them) get a couple rounds of shooting into you then all you are left with is special weapons and power fists. It can work against nids, but it's very rare that tyranids don't enjoy their opponent having to get so close.
If it were me, I'd take baal predators and assault squads instead of tac squads. It is very crucial that you get the charge off...12" effective rang (more than likely walking across board) is not going to do that. Also if you could make room for some priests for the terminator squad (I'd drop down to a 5 man) and ass. squads that's help you out a lot. Against almost all nids shooting you get a save. FnP is extremely effective against that.
This is just my opinion, if you were playing my nid army as it is now (which is still a 4e build) you don't have a lot that I'd be afraid of. At 2k points he can put nearly 50 T6 wounds on the table some of which with FnP and guaranteed cover saves. The only things you have to deal with this effectively and reliably have to be close which is not good imo.
