How do you find the rules for Forge World models? Are there any or do you just guess?

I just guess. I tell my opponents that my forge world models mean I instant win, because I must be better than them, because I can afford these forgeworld models.

as a real answer, forgeworld releases expensive books containing rules for their special models, or you can find the rules in apocalypse, or apocalypse: reload.

After the orbital strikes, Thunderhawk bombardments, Whirlwinds, Vindicators, fusion and starfire and finally Battle Brothers with flamers had finished cleansing the world of all the enemies of Man, we built a monastery in the center of the largest, most radioactive impact crater. We named the planet "Tranquility", for it was very quiet now.

Imperial Armour books contain rules for many FW models. Also, as Honersstodnt said, the Apocalypse/Apocalypse: Reload books have rules for other FW stuff.

Yeah! Who needs balanced rules when everyone can take giant stompy robots! Balanced rules are just for TFG WAAC players, and everyone hates them.

For much of the IG and SM stuff, there are two downloadable pdfs that were released last August that contain ALL the rules you need (and updated points costs for some of the older vehicles/common codex vehicles).
They should be back up again shortly
None of the fluff though - which apart from the colour plate art, is the main reason you'd want the books.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

All the rules from IA1 (most guard stuff) and IA2 (most marine stuff) are downloadable.

For other stuff, if you want the rules (not the fluff and stories) then the two IA Apoc books have the rules for everything else. (and they cost £20 rather than the £45 that most IA books go for).

If there's anything in particular you want rules for then list it and I'll tell you which book it's in.
