Forgive me but for the amateurish question here.

Having looked in the Q@A I use the attatchments feature to insert photos to my posts.
However all these seem to go to the bottom of the post.
Apart from picture description is there any other way to write then post a picture then carry on writing?
I know it can be done As I have seen it in many other posts but am unsure how to do it myself.
