Hi, im asking here because I didn't want to join another forum just for one question. Anyway my problem is im playing the standard campaign as Julii and got to the stage where the senate keeps demanding I kill my leaders. I decided I could not go on and promptly obliterated the senate. However I did not foresee that the other two roman houses would turn on me. They refuse any ceasefire talks and even bribes! They are both very powerful and I have (and never have had) no intention of fighting them. The force_diplomacy cheat does not work (exactly how to type it would help incase im getting it wrong) Any help?

Taking out the senate is a declaration that you're usurping Rome itself and the other houses will attack you as a result. You're stuck fighting them.
Welcome to the end game.

Either you wipe them out, or you start a new game. Only attack the Senate if you have Territorial superiority, and LOTS of troops, since you will need to fight both the other houses. So either dig in and fight or start new game

It's really not that hard. SPQR and the houses use their outdated forces from before Marius' decree for city defenses rather than fighting, so -taking- their cities is quite simple. It's getting to them and besieging them that might prove tougher. They usually leave a few Post-Marius patrolling armies at near-full strength in their territories. If you bring one capturing army to take cities and a support army to protect them from attack during siege, you should be fine.

Try to get a fully supplied and well set up army moving through Italy. You're Juli so some of your major cities and recruitment centres are on Rome's doorstep. Just build up and up and crush all .

If when you send a diplomat to one of their Cities/Diplomats/Generals/Characters etc if you click give region on the demands, then offer a stupid amount of money per city, they should accept
