Not exactly a rules question but being that we all have our noses in rulebooks all the time....
How do blood angel termies gain feel no pain?
Is the special character the only way?

Not the special character but via the Sang. Priest.
Any unit with a model within 6" of him gain FNP and FC.

yup, that pretty much covers it. team edward gets the most FNP of normal marines while team jacob get the most eternal warrior.

Except that the wolves only have one unit that comes with Eternal Warrior and the wolf lord can buy it for 25 points. No one else as far I know.

logan, wolf lord with the saga that gives it, and 3 lone wolves... = 5. the most ultrasmurf codex guys can get? two (marneus + lysander). BA? one (sanguinor). chaos marines? two (daemon princes and/or abaddon). they're still in the lead by more than double the next closest army. i'm not saying it's broken or overpowered necessarily; it just that it's a perk of their chapter list.
