40k book charactors are normally over powered by I think I know a way to put captain thade into the table top 40k

Special orders:

For home and the throne!
order gives the ordered unit furious charge for one turn

all units within 6" to fire on the closest unit

Special rule:
Warden-Captain: all units in 12" gain 10 leadership

and just for fun: commissairs in the Foc must roll 1D6 on a 4+ commissair is removed if the commissair preforms summery execution the commissair is removed

I havent been able to think of a point value for the captain and what do think of this?

I'd give him a +1 strength because his chainsword is supposed to be very good according to the book.
I'd also give him a rule to do with him being a warden-captain/colonel like all units within 12" or something can use his leadership or maybe just 6".
The special orders are good though.
Possibly get his robo-dog (i forget it's name) as an upgrade to the command squad.

is dogs name is rex but how would he be included?

Give him a statline and for 25 points maybe he can be a member of the command squad but must attack the same target as thade in CC, also if thade dies he leaves the command squad and has to stay where thade died for the rest of the game, he can be assaulted as normal but can't move.
