eBay, craigslist, BitzBarn, WarStore. Most online retailers will give you 20% off GW retail prices. You can occasionally find even better deals on eBay or craigslist.

Case in point, in response to a craigslist advert, I was able to get 2 unpainted landraiders and enough bitz to make 8 TH/SS termies for $50.

The way that exchange rates are now, it's actually worth considering places like Firestorm, Wayland, and Maelstrom in the UK.

Iron Warriors - 4000 points (non-inflated, full FOC)
Black Crusade - 1500 points (non-inflated, led by Abaddon)
Jenen Ironclads (traitor IG/ABG) - 4000 points (non-inflated)

I've said it before and I'll say it again-
Check Miniature Market (www.miniaturemarket.com) and Wargamer's Cave (www.wargamerscave.com).

Both have great service.
MM is a long-established web and B&M presence. WC is a long time online presence who just started to sell online, but offers more than 20% off of retail (don't know the particulars, off hand).

From the WC website:
You will need to contact us for a price quote if you would like any GW related items. All items are 20% off MSRP. For a limited time you will receive an additional 5% off GW items when you spend at least $50!!

MM website says flat 20% all GW orders.

With the exchange rates as they are, you might, as erwos pointed out, get a good deal with UK retailers. Some of them have discounts greater thatn 20% with coupons.

But as I said before, your absolute best deals will probably be eBay or Craigslist. Especially on craigslist people are often just looking to sell off a bunch of stuff and will sell at significantly below retail, whereas actual stores have to stay profitable so will not go much below 20%.

Craigslist is fairly simple. Only paycash and only pay after inspecting the models. You can always refuse if you don't like what you see. Make sure to meet in a public location, though. There's some sketchy people on craigslist.

I'm jealous.

Anyways, I just got a ton of stuff off Amazon for cheap, a Landraider, 2 Razorbacks, a rhino, box of Death Company, Lemartes, Mephiston, The Sanguinor, and an Emperor's Champion (To be converted). For $193 when the Original price is close to $270. I'm happy with my purchase.

They immediately began performing much better.

I've had good experience with eBay, Maelstrom and some other site whose name eludes me, its based in Singapore and he does stuff like buy up second hand units to form massively discounted versions of the Army Boxsets and holds a monthly eBay auction for something big like a Land Raider or a Monolith for like 5% of the RRP.

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

I shall raise the issue with the management.
