Hey all!
In the ork coex, in wargear for the Big Mek and Warboss, it say you may take any of the folloing, and they dont put a limit.
The other day, some guy was bragging a big mek with 30 attacks and when asked how, sai he gave it 20 something attack sqigs.
Is this possible?

Looking over my codex quickly I can't see anything say you can't do it. With the little things at 15 points a pop though it should eat up a large chunk of points. I have never heard of anyone giving more than one squig so there might just be a war gear rule that says you can't cause following that line of thought you could give them multiple boss poles or something from that part of the war gear selection.

Double check the wording in the codex.
One attack squig is all that's allowed.

Which wording? all it says is you can take any of the following and the entry in the wargear section is only what it dose. Not trying to be confrontational just wondering.

It doesn't say "an attack squig" or "one attack squig," it just says "attack squig."

That leaves it open to interpretation. It does say "squig," singular... but it doesn't specifically give a quantity.

I would rule that that cannot be done, you can only have one. For two reasons. 1) The only Warboss model that has it shown only has one, and it's on his wrist. If only one is showing, you only have one. WYSIWYG. 2) If you could take more than one, then that turns your Warboss into a gamebreaking juggernaut, which is no fun for anyone.

So while the rule itself is hazy, I would say you can only have one... however, if your local house rules say otherwise, I don't see a problem with that.

This seems overly nitpicky to me. The wording seems consistent with the other entries. You can't take multiple cybork parts, guns, choppas, shootas, etc. The only times you can take multiple pieces of equipment (like lightning claws in the SM codex) it is spelled out. In every other case it is a single upgrade you can purchase.
