So. I do not really like the ulrik model and I don't want to pay alot for the gamesday wolf priest.

I was told the Chaplain on the Bike comes detached from the waist. I could decapitate him and do a head swap or something.

I also want to ask the masses of Space Marine players. Do some of the chaplins come with their arm holding the mace, detached?

The terminator chaplin's crozus head comes as a separate bit. You could order that, then assemble the rest from the wolf bits in the SW box, using an axe haft as the rest of the crozus.

Ok, get the SW squad box. Build a marine using the legs and torso you want, and use the "wolf head" helm. Use the arm holding the power axe or thunder hammer, but snip off the hammer head. Pin the crozus bit you ordered on instead. Use the backpack with a greenstuff cloak and add one of the SW banners. Now you have a wolf priest.
