Pretty straight forward question, who takes the tests?

Example
A unit of Storm Vermin, and a Grey Seer with Screaming Bell?

-Who takes the test for moving? I am assuming basic Storm Vermin?

-Who takes the test for Magic? I am assuming the Grey Seer?

-Who takes the test for Shooting (AKA ringing the bell?) I am assuming this is probably that rat ogre crew guy, that just sounds right to me?

Oh and if you had multiple casters in the unit, would each test seperately, or would you just test once since its effecting the entire unit?

Moving: the unit as a whole
Magic: the magic user (which would be th unit if they are horrors)
Shooting: rat ogre.

Each user would have to test when they want to use magic.

The BRB is specific: any time a unit takes a test, use the best value.

This only applies if the effect specifies "unit" rather than, for example "model" or "character."
