Looking for some input on my list here as im going to be playing some doubles games this weekend with eldar as an ally.

Tac squad (10) w missile l 170

Tac squad (5) in razorback w storm bolter 140 (dont need the storm bolter but i cant think of anywhere else to throw some points)

Dakka pred 85

Seems like a fairly solid setup to me but im no expert any input or even alternate lists would be appreciated. I think he's going to focus on the anti tank and i will more or less just be the gun line.

I'd would almost say grab 5 scouts instead of second marine squad so then they can sit back snipe and just combat squad the 10 marines and put lib inside razorback with them to try and get up into the fight.

Scout squad(5) w/ Sniper and ML will be 85 points so you could upgrade maybe give or Tactical marines a plasma or melta for some punch or take off the SB from Razorback and give them Camo Cloaks for 15 points so you can sit them on an objective with a nice cover save.

Just some suggestions hope this helps.

I did a doubles tourney as a marine with and eldar ally. We did terrible, but the eventual winners [who tabled us in like 3 turns in the 1st round] to this:

Marines-
Cassius
Tac Sqaud- Plasma cannon, Power Fist
Tac Squad- Plasma cannon

Eldar- [Not sure on the gear too much]
Farseer w/ guide I believe
Rangers- Might have been path finders
Dark reapers- not sure how many, but the exarch had a tempest launcher. the farseer guided this unit all game.

I think my partner was gonna use path finders as his troop choice anyway so i'll run that setup by him. I dont have a cassius model unfortunatly. Thanks for the input
