Quick question about it, is it very easy to assemble? As in do you have to glue those little circles together for the treads or is it like the new Chimera, Bassie, and Manticore kits where they just fit together? Thanks in advance.

I havn't bought one but considering it is based of the chimera chassis I would guess it is something like a chimera. But wait for someone who owns one to post before making a desion.

I thought they got rid of those little wheel things in all new IG kits. but this is GW we are talking about, I wouldn't be surprised if they left those wheels in just feth everybody up!

No, it's so much simpler now. You glue the chassis sides together with the hull plates inbetween, then glue the tracks round the chassis. There are no little wheels you have to glue in anymore, that method has been completly phased out.

Oh thank god. Thanks for the responses. I got the new Manticore kit recently and it took easily 1/3rd of the time to build it than my first chimera, I made the old-fashioned one.

Yup, the new chassis is sooo much easier & faster to make. I used to have uneven, ugly spaces in the tracks with the old chimera / hellhound kit

It builteds exactly like a chimera, hardest part is pipes at the back, and those are easy. The only other things different are extra armour on the front and the turret. its super easy, dw

Another poster confirming that there's no little wheels in it. Really easy assembly most of the way throughout. You may have to paint the gas tanks on the back separately though - that's what I had to do for mine.
