OK, I tried looking to see if this has been asked before, but couldn't find any topics covering it.
Can the "Skyleap" Exarch ability be used more than once during a game?

Yes, a common tactic is to Deepstrike in and drop your grenades then immediately skyleap back into reserves, rinse repeat. Commonly refered to as rubber-hawking or yo-yo hawks. 100% legal, annoying, and mildly effective.
