I like the first one better. This is a very interesting list. I dig the 2 salamander squads. nasteeeee.Teradons are solid for combat res with flank/rear charges. And i believe they get vanguard right? not 100% on that. If you can, throw some chameleon skinks in there. Must-have for a skink list.

Looks good overall. If you like the slaan go with #2, if no preference either way, I like #1.

Here's what I'm up to now. It's intended to be a 2500 pt list, but it's currently 100 pts short to leave room for the Razor Standard from the BRB for the Skink Cheif BSB, and to see if their is a good Ward Save item for the Skink Priest in there as well. (i don't yet own the main rule book) If there's enough points after that I'll give the Slann the Discipline that makes one enemy Wizard discard their 6s.

I like the idea of an all-skink list! I'm not sure about the large unit of them, I'll be interested to see if something like that can work. A cool idea, though!

I was dubious of the Big-Block-O-Skinks myself, but the inclusion of the heavy hitting Kroxigors really helps them out. They seem to be doing OK so far in the games I've gotten in, and that Slann packing the Lore of Life really makes them one heck of a tough block. Toughness 4 or 6 Skinks, with a 5+ or 4+ Regeneration Save? Heck yes!

The Magic Standard is the one I'm still kicking around on what to take. I'm thinking either the simple War Banner for max Combat Resolution, Razor Standard for harder hitting attacks, or Skavenpelt Banner for adding More attacks and Immune to Psychology. Skaven one would be the most fluffy of course.
