Perhaps shave Regen and Old Aversary to give the Zoes a Mycetic Spore, their range being meh.

Wondering if I need Onslaught and Catalyst...

The plan is to use catalyst on the stealers.

One other small annoyance is having old adversary and 2xscything talons on the tyrant. He really should not be shooting unless he has onslaught. He should be charging.

I'd take regen off of the prime and tyrant. I don't really think it's worth the points. I'd maybe consider it on something with six wounds.

Definatly give the zoanthropes a spod. Maybe drop the squad size down to two.

Try to squeeze the points out for broodlords for those 'stealer squads. Maybe drop the prime altogether for the points.

I want to see how effective regeneration is in a tyrant + guard + prime configuration.

Since you can distribute wounds across 3 wound pools with 2 regenerators it should work better. Instead of gunning down 1 model the enemy has to burn down 3 at once, which gives you more time to regenerate.

Why the Prime? Do you really need him?
What about the Tyrant weapons? What you considered? In anycase it totally doesn't need Adrenal Glands.
Old Adversary, even if great, have a really short action-range.
Consider Hive Commander instead, with 2 broods of Stealer, 2 Trygon and probably a Spod for the Zoans you'll gonna really appreciate it.

Drop all Regen. Above all on the Tyrant that all-ready have Leech Essence (psionic power).

Zoans ok but they absolutely NEED a spod.
At 2500pts, if footslogging, they will explode in the first turn.
3x Hive Guards ok.
The loner Venomthrope really doesn't have sense. Sry but or 3 or anyone. Isn't still a 2500 points list?

You'll gonna run the Trygons? For that matter you'll take Onslaught? It will be ok I think.
The Stealers doesn't need scyting talons. save points and grow up in number instead.

I love the 2 Trygons, I totally hate the lonely Tyrannofex.
I'll say drop it immediatley and with the saved pts take a third Trygon + a Spod for the Zoans + other..

Right now I don't think your list is very competitive honestly.
I think also that is harder than in the past build up solid Nids lists at higher levels.

The Elite choices, that normally make the difference in 1000/2000 points, from here are a little secondary. Exception for the Zoans.
You'll have to concentrate the list on more MC you can, not all kind of MC, but more that you can.
They are in the same time the more resilient e more versatile unit you have.
Drop the Prime.
Take 2 shooty Tyrants (double TL devourers each) with at least 2 Guards each (or both Flyrants).
Take 3x Zoans in Spod.
Take 2 broods of 3x Hive Guards or just one if you want Venomthropes (3x or no one)..
Take 3 Trygons man..

At 2500 pts you have more interesting setups
