Hi I've been playing speed freaks for about a year and its starting to get a little boring.
I want to play kan wall but I don't know how the army is played as what the units go for and stuff on the table.
and if there is anything I just add to my army i have
9 kans
60 boys
1 dread kan
kff mek
warboss
15 lootas
I know i need more boys but is there any other unit im missing to run this style of play. i want to run a 2k list

you should add another big mek so you can make another can unit a troop choice, and another dread. you should also put you loota in a batle wagon, being open toped it allows them all to shoot from it while taking advantage of the 14 front armor

Ya, another Big Mek will allow you to add another Dread as a troop choice.

As for the lootas in the BW, remember, if you move that BW, they ain't shooting because the Deffgun is a heavy weapon. So if you don't intend for that BW to sit still the whole time, you're gonna have turns where your Lootas are just polishing their guns instead of firing.

Think of a Kan Wall list as a shootie Ork list with a solid close combat core to it.

You will need a number of units that can have an effect on mobile or firepower enemy units in the first 2 turns of the game. I like to have 6 at a minimum. These can consist of the following:
Lootas
DeffKopters with Rokkits and Buzzsaw
WarBoss on a bike with a PK (just one of these though)
War Buggies/Tracks with TL Rokkits

I like the DeffCopters and Warboss. With a combination of at least 6 separate units from the list above – I can target at least 3 of my opponents most painful shooting units early in the game. I like to send at least 2 units after each one of his.

A man's character is his fate.

Do I set the army on the table like a wall like so.

The mass green being the boys the dark being the lootas in cover and the gray being the kanz

I'm use to playing speedfreaks and i kind of have a mass of trucks in a blob charge in the the enemy.
