I know, it's weird this sort of news coming from the UK member who's never been to Georgia in his life, but I like to network within the gaming industry.

These guys - http://www.usgamingarena.com/ - are an Atlanta-based LAN gaming and conference centre, but in conversation online with one of the owners, I learned that they are hoping to open up some space for tabletop gaming, including miniature wargames.

If you're interested in learning more, she suggests adding the US Gaming ArenA (sic) as a friend on Facebook to watch for updates on their Wall.

You may also be inclined to contact them to express your interest in this development and perhaps give them an idea of what sort of resources you'd like to see in a local miniature gaming arena.

Regards,

R.

Wow, thanks for posting this. I'll have to *ahem* suggest they get that space. It's all of 10min from where I work.

I use to live in Atlanta and I still visit my family there. Im glad that finally they have a new store there. They closed the one in Mall of Georgia sadly.

Any new gaming stores coming to the area are definitely welcome in my book.

I'm just talkin' about Megaweapon.
