Is there a situation when I should take them? They seem crazy good (glancing hit on a 4 or 5, penetrating on a 6), but they cost a lot and we all know how much Tau like cc. The only strategy I can think of is somehow surrounding a transport and popping it with the `nades. That way the troops inside die.

The work but it's a bad way to destroy a vehicle when you have access to railguns....
