There is the Bren conversion so far.

wow... fresh start on a new paige even... what a way to begin a new page^^

the bren carrier is looking very good... funny how you can miss some spots on a model and later on when you discover them you think...: d`oh... why didnßt i saw that earlier while painting... happens to me all of the time... specially tho when using black... when brushing on it is too shiney and acts like a mirror so that you can´t really tell if painted or bare...

New Timezone is playing havoc with schedules.

You need some Vallejo Dark Rubber paint..It's a perfect black-grey for road wheels! I think that would blend in with your excellent camo!

I have a kind of Reaper black/gray ish that may look more like rubber I may try that.

Yeah, post nasal drip, sore throat made from that is gone, still sneezing for no good reason. Not easy to paint when the sneeze attacks come.

oh yeah... nothing is as much annoying than a hearty sneeze when trying to do some delicate detail...

Yeah pollen/ragweed is REALLY bad all over the US this spring..it was really wet still when it first got really warm. THat is why my yard was looking like a death-world. I'm sneezing and snotting too, got a bit of poison ivy on my arms, but it is confined and drying up thankfully.

for some reason i am really glad that till now in my family only a slight lactose intolerance has been found out... other aillments have yet to be emerging... which i hope wont happen...

@Dave; More a Oily bluish sheen to ti, I think it will work as I used it on chimera rubber blocks before.

@Vik; Well, only food allergies ais Pectin, and over reactiveness to Capsaizins in certain peppers, That is due to being a "super-taster, and the subtlety of flavors I can handle, but for me those who are spicey food afficianados have lost their taste sensors a bit hence the need for bolder flavors.

no..we just like the endorphin rush (the high) you get from eating peppers and sweating and crying Capsacin ROCKS!

actually i have heard that peeps that eat really spicey stuff have better developed tastebuds than those of a more subtle kind of cuisine affection... after all chineese and so on asians eat way hotter stuff than europeans but they still are very good in tasting and smelling food and such things...

and yep... the endorphin rush is sometimes really quite big^^

Well the capsaizin is way too much for my taste buds, they pick it up for the toxin it is meant to be , to keep animals from eating it, figure humans have to be contrary to natural laws!

I can even tell when batches of cookies got too much of an ingredient.

well and i am oblivious to odours as i can´t smell a dead rat under my pillow... seems a heritage birth defect... sometimes this is good... but i miss out on the smell of my wifes hair or the baby smell of my kids when they were younger... they say small babies smell a bit of caramel...well they say as i never felt that...

also...even coffey and it´s bitter taste is meant to get us off that hook... or tea and cacoa... but guess what... we drink it nevertheless... humans are too stupid to lay off of dangerous /weird stuff...^^

Depends on the baby, some smell almost like butter cookies.

My sense of smell is such that I must use a trick I learned to disengage my sinuses so that my smell is cut off until I get away from he offending aroma. hyper palate means both toungue and nose are tweeked up and my hearing is also odd.

lol... with those senses i think you are a bit OOT for the army anyways^^ too much sensibility is not really something the army searches in their men^^...so i´ve heard at least

you can block up your own sinuses? how do you do that? just pinch your nose and blow it or how else?

sewwt smells mostly for babies... as they smell of tasty and sweet stuff so that the mother feels more attached to them... yes, that is a sort of insurance that the mother doesn´t forget about them... we are rather a poor and sorry race really...

Yep, it is a willed thought that closes the muscles in the head so that the sinusses do not feed to the ret of the palate, so no cow poop smells like what happened on a school trip to a agro farm with cow pens inside!

Dave, i can safely eat Bell peppers for their smojky flavor(Green) or sweetness (yellow red and orange), i may be able to handle mild Jalapenos. Salsa Verday is acceptable.

...cool...i think i have to teach my wife that... she is too quite sensitive to smell... on a related sidenote i today got rid of my armpit hair... to better use deodorants and keep the good smell all day long
