I'm now making 1000pts list.
It would be my 3rd Army,So I don't want spend so much money on this.

I'm thinking about like this

But other than HQ,I have no idea.

Let me know Basics about CSM.
If there is a guide or some kind of that,it would help.

The Basics as I see them...
-Mount everything in a Rhino. They are cheap at 35 pts and you should leave them that way.
-Chaos Lords are worthless.
-Select Troops first, then more Troops and follow it up with a smattering of Troops. CSMs are strong and versatile, and we have a wide variety of specialized Troops. There is no reason that other Armies should have more Troop choices than we do in their Army Lists.
-Avoid the temptation to make a single unit versatile. A unit that is really good at only one thing is so much better than a unit that is just so-so all around.
-IoGC. So worth it.
-IoN? Only worth it on my stinkin' Terminators (who notoriously only roll 1's for Armour saves, so the IoN means I have to make fewer Armour Saves). Don't bother with it on your CSMs; If you are going to spend it on CSMs you might as well get Plague Marines. At least they are fearless and get FNP and only cos like 20 more pts for the squad. I haven't played with the other two marks so much. IoK and IoS could be good but I don't think IoT will get much use.
-Load up on Troop choices.
-Beware the Jabberwocky

I've never tried a Greater Daemon in the modern rules. I'm curious to see one in action. i'm concerned that at 1000 pts your army with 3 HQ choices will have very few models in it. Half of your points are going to be inveested in three singular models. Sure, if you face the right opponent, they probably would rock hard, but against every other Army you will be up against a hard rock.

Small 3 man terminator squads are popular for deep striking in and hitting armor with combi-meltas.

Obliterators are fantastic versatile heavy support. They are one of the rare units that can be good at ore than one thing.

If you just want to build an army on the cheap go with 3 land raiders with demonic possesion and three units of either berzerkers with powerfist champs. Throw in a couple demon princes and you have an army.

1,000 pts Well if you want a greater demon in it the rules are simple by the greater demon and sacrifice and hero like a vet sgt or chaos lord armed with a deamon weapon leading a khorne bezerker unit, +2d6 att (careful any 1's are wounds to the deamon, take Icon of Khorne and the whole unit gets another +1 att fig, try and get a charge to once again double the attaks. A unit of 10 Khorne Bezerkers can have up to 30 att, +2d6 from demon what an great surprize for your enemy. (only way to stop a summoned demon is to have a psyker in opponents army)

Chaos lords aren't worthless if used right. Pop 1 in terminator armour with a squad of other terms and you've got a gd team specially if armed right. Regarding chaos basics troops are going to need support specially if your playing a large board where units ate spread thin. Predators or a land raider with lascannons are your best bet. Obliterators are probably your most versatile support unit but I wouldn't underestimate a squad of well armed terminators.If you keep units within support range of eachother you should be fine.
