Came across it today, wondered if anyone thought the same, or if it would look like a grotesque (if it was 28mm scale, and not 6 inches..)

That is pretty boss, but 12 inches tall is a bit much for 40k. Maybe a haemonculus Titan!

Thats a McFarlane (Yeah the Spawn guy) Toy from one of the Hellraiser movies.

He makes smaller versions but still nowhere near as small as 28mm.
