Does anyone know if FW is going to come out with any new titans or another FW specific army anytime soon, because that would be cool to see a real Warlord at the next Gamesday.

All I know is that they are making pre heresy minis. I hope they include the Imperial Army

they are currently in the process of making an eldar phantom titan and alot of pre-heresy stuff. but no word on when the new titan will be finished

"Pre-Heresy" stuff is just conjecture at this point. They're making at least one head that looks like it comes from a Heresy mark of armor--but it could just be something as simple as a conversion kit done for fun.

Come up with one viable alternative to HH armor and you may have something to support your view. As is, it's the right armor, backpacks, and helmets, for Heresy armor. What else could be such a huge deal other than that?

Yeah, the super secret big deal they're working on is a bog-standard set of not HH-era armor. That makes a lot of sense. Good reasoning there.

Reds8n said something to the effect of "Not yet, GW isn't out of money" on the topic of pre-heresy minis.

It at least looks like heresy armor. Like, matches exactly heresy armor. I'll be interested to see what FW comes up with that involves heresy armor, is a super big deal, and isn't pre-heresy.

You can already buy Mk. 4 and Mk. 6 armour from FW. They just released them as old armour worn by current (40k) marine chapters. Heresy armour doesn't mean a heresy setting, otherwise the Red Scorpions must be one of the two missing legions and Vraks took place during the heresy.

I hope they do it quick. Im saving up for an order of 280 Euros so i get free shipping, and all i can think of, of getting is a Kreig Command Squad to convert into a Steel Legion Command Squad.

And, while it won't be HH based, it WILL be very cool indeed!

And FOR ME, anything that gets older MK's of armor out there is a good thing.

HH based stuff would be awesome to have from forge world! I would buy those Ultramarine helmets!

Oh, and they are definitely somewhere along the road to making an Eldar Phantom Titan too - so there is that!

So the molds are out and I am depressed.

I have been modeling, poorly, heresy era marine armies for 3 years now. I love them. My work product is amateur, but I love it. I have always wanted heresy era molds to be released and now they have. I was wrong about how I would react. I am depressed. The molds are so good, and expensive, that my talents cannot live up to them and I cannot afford to buy them.

I have decided to back off the heresy theme! Has anyone else experience the same negative feelings toward the new models FW released?

I have to say i really like the look of the Mark 3 iron armour set. Best marines Ive seen by far. Might be fun to mix up some bionics in it for an iron hands army .

Sets of mark III and Mark IV can technicallye be mixed into any era as that is one of the benefits to sectional power armor but altogether they are WH 30K

I might have to get a set of the new Heresy Era marines, they look rather spiffy. Of course they'll look even better when they're appropriately yellow.

I want both sets, the new bolters and the special weapons. The first wave of bolters look terrible, but the second wave resemble sternguard boltguns! definatly gunna get my hands on some in later life (probably the iron armour, unless a better set comes out, and make a 10 man sternguard squad (combat squadded))

Yeah, it's be nice if there was just a weapons pack with say 5 or 6 bolters and a couple of special weapons. To get both sets is nearly £20, which is not cheap for a few guns.
