my plan is to deploy morg with the cyclops and the gladiator being by him at both sides, the swordsmen screen in front and the solos each take a flank, the wurm hangs out by the swordsmen.
25 points is this a vaible list that will get me a few wins?
Doesn't look like a bad list. Good beast spread, with good support for 'em. Not entirely sure I'd go with the swordsmen (Perhaps Bloodrunners + Catapult or Immortals?), as they're a bit squishy without support, but that's more a matter of taste.
Swordsman are solid infantry killers especially with the ua, they can also double to do a bit of damage to beasts and jacks. I think they are a very good choice especially at lower point levels.
