Hello Dakka people. I have been a long time lurker and spent the last few years painting and checking this website for tips. Recently I even started playing Warhammer 40k! Figured it was about time since I have been painting the darn things for about three years now.

I will be posting my pics that I have taken of my orks here starting with my most recent ones. The Nob Uni-Bikers! I used my other ork bikers once and liked them so much I wanted to make some nobs and a warboss on warbikes, but sadly I only had 5 wheels

Well that didn't stop me. I decided as long as they have at least one wheel and the two Dakka guns then they were good enough for me

Great idea! Love the fact that it looks like the Ork itself is the engine.

it's kind of sad that they don't have feet, but still, nicely done.

All you need to do to complete the ork circus theme is to make a trukk that's like 3" by 3" so that you can have a whole bunch of trukk boyz fly out of it like a clown car.

Here are my normal bikers. I originally got them in the older ork battle force with 5 bikes with no bases, but one of my boxed sets had only one bike in it. I ended up using 4 of them as my the older warbikes that you see, as well as for my Wazdakka then later added 3 of the newer bikers. The spare wheels from the box that was missing bikes ended up as the nobz.

As requested! Clown cars:

Well... at least those are probably small enough to be Clown cars.

So... They are all posted. Any tips on what I should try doing differently?

Things I can improve?

Great work, it must be a pain to paint all those.

How long did this take, and how much time did you spend on each model?

I have been doing them off and on for a few years. I would try different paints and steps to painting most of them.

The Nob with two choppas and the Stikkbomba boy near the bottom are some of my most recent ones that I tried to do more with.

I started with base coat of flat black spray paint, then used dark angles green on the skin followed by narlock green on the raised areas. Washed with thrakka green, then did goblin green and another wash of thrakka green and then one more highlight of goblin green. I liked them much more than most of the other stuff.

I also started using the foundation paint Calthan Brown for the leather instead of Snakebite Leather since it goes on much easier with one coat, and used delvan mud instead of badab black on the metal and leather.

They took about 3 hours together to paint. Most of my other basic boys were done in sets of 20 so I can't remember how long it took each one.

I like them! Might have something to do with how similar they look to my own boys... At least, that dozen or so that I've actually painted, so far. Always nice to see the Goffs getting some love, too. So frequently overlooked, as a clan, but they always look badass on the table. Great work!
