Hi guys,

Ive seen a few posts that suggest units can be deployed IN battlewagons taken as a Heavy choice....

Is this true? I know that I have to "steal" a trukk from the boys (kind of a senceless waste of 12 doodz) to catch a ride,
and the riders may not be deployed in it. Is this somehow a way around that?

(Reference page would help, as I imagine, I will have to defend this.)

Dedicated transports may not start with a unit in them other than the one they were bought for - no way around this.

Non-dedicated transports can start with anyone in them.

This confused me for quite a while as well, but yes if you take the wagon as a heavy support choice any unit you want can start in it (up to its max capacity of course!) same goes for looted wagons if you want to use them that way. My boyz always start in trukks and or wagons...its neutered my friends TFC which is awesome!

You can, alternatively, take a Battlewagon as a Dedicated Transport, have another unit deployed all within 2" of it and embark on Turn 1 if you so wish.
