When delivering attacks with a powerfist/powerklaw, they get the amount of attacks that the stat line provides and also the bonuses they receive right? (Close combat weapons/ leading the assault)

Well, the exception with a powerfist is you don't get a bonus attack for 2x CC weapons unless that model is packing two powerfists.

power weapons follow the same rules in cc as everything else...+1 atk for charging/+1 for ccw and pistol or 2ccw, etc. some power weapons have additional rules such as power fists and lightning claws which can be found in your brb or codex
