Can bomb squigs be "thrown" out of a vehicle ?

if so what happen if you get a 1, does it go to the nearest other vehicle or hit the one the busters are in?

in which what armour does it hit?

Did you know? Every sunday from 12 to 5 pm you can get a carvery for £6.95 at the pudding and pye.

Yes, they can, they are a weapon after all.

And the nearest vehicle is the one the tankbustas are in.

Where's the fire point? It hits that side.

If it's open-topped, then I'd say it hits the side closest to whatever you were trying to hit.

So, if the target was in front of you, it hits your front armor instead, as if you tossed it out the front, and it came back at you.

but then you could always pivot towards the enemy you are firing at (or away depending on what armour side is the highest or you have font armour 2 like a eldar wave serpant)

You absolutely could. And should.

How about just saying it hits the side armour in all cases?

This represents it running up to hatches, or perhaps jumping up on top. You can't predict where the squig will end up, but if you look, you'll see that top, bottom and side armour all count as side armour. It's most likely it'll end up there, and it's a nice average.

Anyway, odds are it'll be tossed out of a Trukk, they're 10 all-round. If it's tossed out of a battlewagon, I think that's rather a silly thing to do because it will quite possibly kill it if it pivots back around, and it's an expensive unit.

I'd put a quote here, but XKCD would have a better one.

It can be released from a vehicle. It says so in the FAQ.
It should be released (and therefore would strike when it returns) from wherever you measure the distance from. Anywhere on the vehicle if open topped or from the firing point if it has them.

Lets make it more complicated. Do you get a KFF save? I would go for yes as it is basically a shooting attack

I dont see why you wouldn't get a KFF save against it...unless being an obscured vehicle only works during opponent's shooting pahse? I dont have my rule book handy.
